Registration
Registration for the ASiT Conference 2007 includes:
- attendance at all presentation and scientific sessions
- lunch on Saturday 31st March
- all refreshments
- one complimentary ticket for the Gala Dinner and entertainment on the evening of Saturday 31st March
Conference Registration Prices
ASiT members
- All trainees must join ASiT here prior to registering for the meeting*, or already be members of ASiT with an associated membership number. This costs £25 and is associated with a range of additional benefits.
- ASiT member conference fee £200
- ASiT member conference and ATSC (Trauma) course fee £300
* Membership status will be verified prior to the conference
ASiT non-members
- Only those people not in training posts (ie Consultants) may register for the meeting as non-members. All UK trainees are eligible to join ASiT and MUST do so.
- ASiT non-member conference fee £250
Medical Student Registration
- Must join ASiT prior to Registration
- Reduced Rate Registration Fee £80 (Does NOT include Gala Dinner Ticket)
- University and year MUST be declared and verified at registration desk (Student Card)
- Gala Dinner may be attended but at additional cost
Extra dinner guest
- Accompanying persons can attend the Gala Dinner without attending the Conference itself.
- Extra dinner ticket £60
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately due to the administration and costs associated with payments, we must follow the cancellation policy as outlined below:
- Cancellation prior to 28th February are entitled to a refund less 10% to cover credit card and payment processing fees
- Cancellations prior to 23rd March will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the registration fee due to requirement to inform minimum catering numbers by this date
- Cancellations beyond the 23rd March will unfortunately not be entitled to any refund of fees paid
