Early-bird registration
This year we are offering a reduced registration fee for those who register before 1st February 2008.
Registration for the ASiT Conference 2008 includes:
- attendance at all presentation and scientific sessions
- lunch on Saturday 8th March
- all refreshments
- one complimentary ticket for the Gala Dinner and entertainment on the evening of Saturday 8th March
Conference Registration Prices
ASiT members
- All trainees must join ASiT here prior to registering for the meeting*, or already be members of ASiT with an associated membership number. This costs £35 and is associated with a range of additional benefits (medical students £25)
- ASiT member conference fee £200 prior to 1st February 2008, £220 after that date.
* Membership status will be verified prior to the conference
ASiT non-members
- Only those people not in training posts (i.e. Consultants) may register for the meeting as non-members. All UK trainees are eligible to join ASiT and MUST do so.
- ASiT non-member conference fee £250 (no early-bird discount applies)
Medical Student Registration
- Must join ASiT prior to Registration
- Reduced Rate Registration Feeof £80 (Does not include Gala Dinner Ticket)
- University and year MUST be declared and verified at registration desk (Student Card)
- Gala Dinner tickets may be purchased when registering
Extra dinner guest
- Accompanying persons can attend the Gala Dinner without attending the Conference itself.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately due to the administration and costs associated with payments, we must follow the cancellation policy as outlined below:
- Cancellations prior to 8th February are entitled to a refund less 10% to cover credit card and payment processing fees
- Cancellations prior to 29th February will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the registration fee due to requirement to inform minimum catering numbers by this date
- Cancellations after the 29th February will unfortunately not be entitled to any refund of fees paid
