Hotel rooms have been block-booked, and we have negotiated significant discounts. You will not be able to book cheaper direct and we have been assured that prices will at least match those offered on discount sites such as Laterooms.

We hope that suggesting suitable hotels will also make the weekend more sociable by ensuring conference delegates are staying in the same hotels.

Rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis. Last year these discount rooms sold out in advance of the conference. Please book early to be sure of securing a discounted hotel room over the conference period!

NOTE: Online booking closes on Thursday 8 March 2012 unless all available rooms are booked before this date. After this date we will provide contact details for the Cardiff Conference Bureau, who will be able to check remaining hotel availibility for you.
