ASiT Management & Leadership Skills for Surgeons

Two course tutors will run the course, a Surgeon Tony Giddings and a Human Factors expert Captain Guy Hirst.  The programme is designed to be interactive using DVD clips to highlight problems, behaviours and solutions, as well as encouraging group discussion throughout.

This will be an opportunity for the trainers and participants to share opportunities and needs using data from research. The focus will be on lean-based, self–generated improvement.
