Take the M62 eastbound and it will bring you straight into Hull.

First Hull Trains operate daily, direct services between London and Hull with a journey time of around 2.5 hours, and no changes required en-route. Travelling by train really is the easy option.

By Air
Fly into Humberside International Airport, only 30 minutes drive from
Hull city centre. Daily direct flights operate to Schipol (Amsterdam) Airport. Alernatively you can fly into Leeds-Bradford Airport and take road or rail links to make the 1 hour journey from there to Hull.
