Conference Registration

Discounted early-bird registration closes Wednesday 24 February.

Registration facillities will also be available on-site at the venue on Saturday and Sunday morning of the Conference.

 

Conference Registration Charges

Registration includes conference entry on both Saturday and Sunday, delegate pack and conference bag, lunch and coffees.

In addition, the Ferens Art Gallery drinks reception on Friday 12 March is free to all those registering for the conference.

  • Early-bird ASiT member: £175 before Wednesday 24th Feb 2010
  • ASIT member after Wednesday 24th Feb 2010: £210
  • Early-bird ASiT Non-Members: £280 (£300 after 21 Feb)
  • Early-bird Medical Student member: £90 (£100 after 24 Feb)
  • Subsidised Guildhall Gala Dinner (Full ASiT Members Only): £10 prior to 21 Feb, £20 after 21 Feb
  • Medical Student Gala Dinner Ticket:  £60
  • Guest Gala Dinner Ticket:  £60
  • Ferens Gallery reception Fri 12 March: Included in registration 

 

Onsite registration will be possible at the conference venue in Hull.

Every year ASiT organises a range of optional pre-conference courses for surgical trainees. For 2010 we are hosting six events in Hull on Friday 12 March. These can be booked online with conference registration and offer fantastic value for money.

• Abstract selection announcement: After 25 Jan 2010

Cancellation of Registration

Unfortunately due to the cost of processing and administration, it is necessary to have a cancellation policy as outlined below:

Cancellations more than one month before the date of the conference will incur a 10% deduction of total cost of registration

Cancellations less than one month, but more than 14 days from the conference will incur a 50% deduction of the total cost of registration

Cancellations less than 2 weeks from the date of the conference will unfortunately be unable to be refunded.
