Laparosocopic Masterclasses 2007/08

The Association of Surgeons in Training (ASiT) are pleased to announce four places on a laparosocopic masterclasses kindly sponsored by Covidien.

 

The course for 2007's round of application will be an advanced Laparoscopic Colorectal Surgery course, and will take place in April 2008. The winners of the course places will receive travel, accommodation for 2 nights, and attend a course at Covidien's world class Laparoscopic training facility at Elancourt in Paris.

 

This course is ideally suited to senior trainees who are seeking to take up post in the near future as consultants, or who have a specific Laparoscopic Colorectal interest.

 

Future courses will be made available to trainees in other specialties.

 

Rules

Each application should include a covering letter and:

• A brief summary of your relevant laparoscopic experience including previous course attendances
  
• A letter of support from your current trainer
  
• A copy of your current curriculum vitae including referees

Please enclose with your application proof of ASiT membership or a completed application for membership.
