Surgical Residency Study

Dear Colleague,

Surgical training programs vary greatly among different countries regarding length, structure and the number of required operations. In addition, the numbers of applicants for surgical residency are decreasing everywhere.

We, Martin von Websky and Christian Oberkofler, are surgical residents at the Department of Visceral- and Transplantation Surgery at the University Hospital Zurich in Switzerland (www.vis.usz.ch). We are conducting an international survey to evaluate factors influencing job satisfaction of surgical residents.

It takes 5 minutes to complete and can be submitted electronically.

Please use the following link to participate: http://equestionnaire.de/?q=6603

All answers are blinded and treated confidentially.

Your participation is very much appreciated.

As an acknowledgement for your time and effort we will give away one 300 USD book price among the participants of this study. The winner will be notified by us and asked to specify his/her book(s) of choice.

We thank all the participants in advance.
