Portflios and Appraisal Information

The use of well structured portfolios and appraisal folders is becoming ever more essential for all trainees.  The documents attached below are useful (editable) divider cards and portfolio guidance to help trainees organise and coordinate their information so that RITAs/ARCPs are much less painful in the future!
