Sub-Consultant Grades

The thorny issue of post-CCT employment prospects has been an ongoing issue within the health service and is underpinned by uncertain workforce planning.  There has been repeated talk of the creation of a Sub-Consultant grade by employers, and also some within the profession, however ASiT continue to express concern over this, and the need for more robust workforce planning to take place.
