The reason for the use of various sterile gloves in the perioperative period is poorly understood by trainees in general, and we are please to be able to provide some background data on sterile gloves, and the benefits of double gloving which would be of interest to trainees about to sit their examinations, either MRCS, or FRCS.

Furthermore, Ansell have a wealth of educaitonal information available relating to issues surrounding protection, and infection control in a wider setting which may be useful for presentations within the hospital setting, and also for revision purposes for Vivas and Examinations.
