To advertise an event with ASiT, please submit your request using the online Google form (CLICK HERE to access).
This form should be used to submit anything to the ASiT Communications Team that you wish to be published via email and/or on social media streams.
All requests for publicity should be given with a minimum of 96 hours (4 days) notice.
The exception to this is in the run-up to the ASiT Annual Conference - please submit all requests for publicity going out in the 2 weeks before the conference at least 2 weeks in advance of when you wish for it to be published (i.e., if the conference starts on 7th March, any adverts to be published online from 21st February onwards should be requested by 7th February at the latest).
You may submit a request with shorter notice; however, we cannot guarantee that it will be advertised in these circumstances.

All ASiT events should now be registered via our online Google form (CLICK HERE to access).
Please use this form to submit your event details for ASiT badging review. All events in association or affiliation with ASiT should involve a member of the ASiT Council and/or Executive Committee from the planning stages or should have been pre-approved by a council member prior to submitting the form. For most events, this will be either be a member of the Executive Committee or your Regional Representative. Contact details for the representatives can be found on our website HERE.
Please include your membership number or that of the attending council member in the submission form.
Forms must be submitted at least one month (28 days) in advance, we cannot guarantee a review otherwise.
