The NHS future plan is set to drive a large amount of tertiary care back in to the local centres. This will affect the incredibly diverse practice of paediatric surgery and leave some of this in the laps of General Surgeons.
So, if sick kids in your A&E scare you and you want to know how to manage them better or you are interested in paediatric surgery, either as specialist interest, a part of the exams you don’t get or as your chosen career with interviews looming; come along.
