About the Course

Mentors play a crucial role in enabling doctors to realise their potential.The ASiT Mentoring Scheme aims to provide peer mentoring, matching mentees with mentors. Mentees and mentors can be of any grade or subspecialty, from medical student to retired consultant. To become a mentor, you need to have done the ASiT mentoring course or equivalent and apply to be matched with a mentee.
