South West MRCS OSCE Course

Target Audience: FY2 – ST3; candidates who have passed MRCS Part A

Overview: An intensive two-day programme for the MRCS Part B examination. We combine small group tuition, in-depth anatomy demonstration and a realistic simulated OSCE to deliver an immersive learning experience. The course is delivered by experienced faculty comprising former college examiners, consultants and surgeons with recent experience of passing the Part B. Places on this course are capped to maintain a student-faculty ratio of 3:1.

  • To know pertinent anatomy topics which reliably appear in the exam
  • To master a focussed approach to clinical stations
  • To improve overall skill level and confidence
  • To approach revision for the OSCE in a methodical way
