Overview:
This all-day course aims to teach basic orthopaedic practical skills and knowledge to medical students and trainees interested in a career in orthopaedics.
We will be delivering a dynamic, hands-on day. It’s a great opportunity to get more comfortable with orthopaedic kit in a low-stress environment under close supervision from SpRs and consultants so when you get into theatre your knowledge can shine! We received excellent feedback for our 2019 course and aim to make 2020 even better. Attending this course is also an excellent way to demonstrate commitment to specialty for both Core Surgical Training and ST3 Orthopaedic entry.
