Rachael Coulson

Rachael is an ST5 General Surgical trainee working in the Northern Ireland Deanery.  She was elected to the ASiT Council as Northern Ireland regional representative in 2022.  Rachael graduated with a BSc in Medical Science with Industry from the University in Leeds before completing her medical degree at Queen’s University Belfast.  She completed Foundation and Core Surgical training in Northern Ireland.  She has an interest in colorectal cancer as well as elective care pathways and the restructuring of general surgical services in Northern Ireland.
