ASiT are delighted to offer ASiT members access to their Research Toolkit. This has been designed to support all members, from individual trainee researchers through to the UK research collaboratives. If you a committee member of a specialty association and would like further help or guidance on specific research projects, please get in touch via info@asit.org

 

The toolkit is designed as a framework of tools and resouces to guide your qualitative and quantitative research endeavours.

 

Castor EDC clinical data capture tool:

Castor EDC is a web application that enables researchers to easily capture clinical data for medical research. Castor complies with relevant legislation such as Good Clinical Practice and the UK Data Protection Act and all data is stored in the UK.

ASiT collaborates with Castor and is offering all ASiT members their first study in the system free of charge. By using the billing code: FXJG5 members can skip the payment agreement. Simply register online and begin building! Castor also provides a free online workshop or you can request a demo via Skype or WebEx.
