Mr. Michael El-Boghdady

Michael is a trainee registrar at South London deanery. He was elected to the Council as the ASiT South East London Representative and subsequently the EDI officer. Michael has been working on many projects to improve training environment and eliminate bullying, discrimination, and harassment in surgical training, as well as to provide support strategies for trainees who experienced poor behaviours. He created the ASiT anti-bullying, discrimination, and harassment guidance. Michael has special interests in surgical training, anti-bullying, equality, and diversity in surgery.
